Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. will release the 14.1" widescreen R20 notebook towards the end of February this year. Launching in early May, the 15.4" widescreen R70 notebook will be released while the 12.1" widescreen Q45 notebook will be available sometime during the first half of the year. The newly designed R20 notebook features the latest processing technology in CoreTM 2 Duo (optional) processors. Besides delivering high performance, the R20 runs Windows® VistaTM Premium OS and a powerful ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 internal graphics card to support business applications as well as multimedia performance.Along with these internal components, the R20 offers other top-of-the-line features. It comes standard with the Bacteria Free Silver-Nano Technology leaving the keyboard bacteria-free. AVS Now allows for quick and easy booting without running Windows. With Samsung"s Magic Doctor, problems with any applications that might occur, will be diagnosed and automatically corrected. The Speed-Up Manager also provides three options for multitasking with speed mode, normal mode and silent mode allowing the user to work anywhere. To access easy-to-use Samsung"s Magic Doctor and Speed-Up Manager, just press the Fn button with the EZ BLU-coded F7 and F8 buttons.

Moreover, after the release of the R20, the R70 and the Q45 will be introduced shortly in succession during the first half of the year. The soon-to-be-released R70 features the latest CPU processor with the powerful GeForce GO 8000M series external graphics, Windows® VistaTM OS (optional), 1.3 mega-pixel camera* and a port to provide amazing multimedia performance that is a class above of its own. The 12.1" wide Q45 notebook not only offers a powerful ODD with the highest internal performance similar to the R70, but one find a powerful performer despite its miniscule size. The Q45 is proud to feature Intel® CoreTM 2 Duo processor with the powerful GeForce GO 8000M series external graphics, Windows® VistaTM Premium OS, a 1.3 megapixel camera*. It also offers the 3.5 generation WiBRO* and HSDPA* (*optional) for all wireless connections. Beginning early this year, Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. will launch its new line of redesigned and high performing notebooks.
