The inventors used a generally rectangular portion with a plurality of retainers securely attached as the top of the T-shaped flexible body. They also used a strip of flexible material that features at least one retainer to produce the flexible band. A fastening means that secures the flexible band around the chair back support is also included in the flexible band.

The first elastic band with two elastic handles, situated at either the end of the first elastic band and permanently affixed thereon, comprises the first elastic exercise strap. The first elastic exercise strap has a first pair of resistance that adjusts pieces to tighten or loosen the first elastic banḍ€™s tension. Inventors used a second elastic band and a second pair that adjusts pieces to tighten or loosen the second elastic banḍ€™s tension.

The ankle attachment is made up of a flexible material that is removably securable to the second elastic strap. A mating hook and loop fasteners for removably securing said ankle attachment on the persoṇ€™s ankle are included in the ankle attachment. The plurality of attachable handles is removably securable to the second elastic strap. The first elastic strap and the second elastic strap are attached onto the plurality of retainers found on the flexible band and flexible body using the latching method.
