This handheld optical time-domain reflectometer, model 2000, provides two on screen markers that can be used to zoom in and out on curve details and automatically locates fault points and then creates a list. Test results and event analysis lists can be printed out through the print-screen-function, which enables the user to upload the data to a PC. The multi-function OTDR supports up to six test result comparisons simultaneously while any single result is observable. It has a rapid response time which allows it to finish 50Km of fiber measurement in 30s with a high S/N ratio. A large battery capacity enables a continuous operation of more than 12 hours.
